QMS Requirements and Guidelines

The ISO 9001-2015 QMS Requirements and the ISO 9004-2009 QMS Guidelines for performance improvements:

- Does not imply uniformity in the structure of quality management systems or uniformity of documentation
- Not only provides direct benefits but also makes an important contribution to managing costs, and risks
- Promotes the adoption of a process approach to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements
