This two-day workshop will use the knowledge gleaned from the "Understanding the Baldrige Journey$quot; session and start the process of aligning what your organization currently does and does not do in respect to each of the Criteria Categories and respective items.
Understand What the Criteria and Scoring Guidelines are Really Asking for and How to Respond
At this point in your Journey, you are ready to write the Application. Congratulations!
This three-day workshop will use the knowledge gleaned from the "Understanding the Baldrige Journey" and "Using the Criteria as a Guide to Identify Your Organization's Current Strengths and Gaps" sessions and start the process of defining your approach, deployment, learning and integration in respect to each of the Process Criteria Categories and respective items. This session will also address the levels, trends comparative analysis and integration of the Results Criteria Category and respective items.
